At WPS Handrails, we stand by the quality of our architectural hardware and handrail systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the hardware components you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your handrail components in their original protective wrapping to prevent scratches or structural damage during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for resale quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
